About Nicole Ambrosia

Nicole Ambrosia is a somatic wellness facilitator, yoga teacher, and embodiment guide whose work supports nervous system regulation, emotional resilience, and deeper connection to self through movement, breath, mindfulness, and integrative body-based practice.
With over two decades of study and teaching experience, she has worked with individuals and groups through practices that cultivate greater self-awareness, internal steadiness, and embodied wellbeing. Her work integrates somatic movement, yoga, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, and restorative approaches that help individuals reconnect with the body as a place of clarity, presence, and regulation.
Nicole’s teaching is grounded in the understanding that meaningful change is not only cognitive, but physiological and embodied. Many people move through life carrying stress, emotional tension, and patterns of disconnection that are often held within the nervous system and body itself. Her work offers practical pathways for restoring connection, improving self-awareness, and developing greater resilience through direct embodied experience.
Her approach is calm, invitational, and grounded in helping people access steadier internal states without pressure or performance. Sessions are designed to support emotional awareness, breath connection, nervous system balance, and a more sustainable relationship with inner wellbeing.
Nicole’s work includes group classes, workshops, private sessions, and specialized offerings such as Embodied Alignment and Embodied Allure—programs designed to help individuals cultivate greater inner coherence, confidence, presence, and embodied self-connection.
She believes that when people learn how to feel more at ease in their own bodies, clarity, vitality, and personal presence begin to emerge more naturally.
